Chaparral’s wide-body Extended V-Plane running surface is predictable and true in a wide variety of water conditions. Our elongated bottom design also pays off inside the 270 with added headroom, legroom and storage space. Access to minor services are easy via a one-piece hinged engine compartment that is well supported. The bilge area is gelcoated for easy clean up and features loom-wrap wiring and extra storage. To help reduce glare, we use a platinum or champagne color coordinated helm instead of stark white which creates added glare. Aluminum dash panels won’t warp like plastic.  This 270 Chaparral is equipped with Twin Mercruisers, Air Conditioning with reverse cycle heat, windless, 5 KW Kohler generator with only 76 hours, GPS, Radar Arch, full canvas set with Bimini and enclosure with slant back, am-fm cd stereo, VHF Radio, Depth Finder, Flat Screen TV, full galley with microwave, fully enclosed head with hot and cold shower, full dash instrumentation and only 115 hours on the engines. She will cruise approximately 28 mph and top out over 40 MPH with 5.0L Mercruisers.
